No. Our partner licenses a copy of operational data under a written agreement. Your company keeps ownership of its data and keeps operating as normal.
How is the payout decided?
Our partner evaluates each company individually, looking at dataset size, workflow complexity, data quality, the expertise it represents and how unique it is. The range our partner publishes is $100K–$2M+.
Do we need to clean up or anonymize our data first?
No. Our partner has its own processes for de-identifying and transforming sensitive information.
When would my company get paid?
After your data is transferred, our partner has 30 days to review and approve it. You then submit an invoice, and payment is made within 30 days of invoicing.
Should I check with my lawyer or clients first?
It's wise to. Your records may include information covered by client contracts, confidentiality duties or privacy laws. Review our partner's agreement with your own advisor before sharing anything.
Who runs this page?
